| We have to look at all options to balance the budget. If we have a vibrant economy there will be no need for cuts. Your questions fail to ask whether I would cut taxes and regulations so the economy can grow at a fast rate attracting businesses, tourists, and spending in the state which will raise revenues for the budget. | |||
